AltaHub Terms of Service

Claim Leader LLCEffective date: October 14, 2026Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AltaHub, the work-management software provided by Claim Leader LLC (“Claim Leader”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at app.altahub.work and through related applications (the “Software”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Software on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.

If your organization has signed a separate written agreement with Claim Leader for the Software, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Workspace: an organization’s area within the Software, together with its users, settings and data.
  • Workspace owner: the person or organization that controls a Workspace and the access granted to it.
  • Customer Data: the information you or your users put into the Software, including information about your clients, vehicles, claims, work orders, invoices and payments.
  • Third-party service: a service not operated by Claim Leader that you choose to connect to the Software, such as QuickBooks Online.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription, Claim Leader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Software for your organization’s internal business purposes during your subscription.

You must not:

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software;
  • sell, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the Software, or use it to provide a service to third parties other than your own clients in the ordinary course of your business;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the Software’s source code, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction;
  • access or attempt to access another Workspace, or bypass any security, authentication or permission control;
  • use automated means to access the Software beyond its normal interfaces, or place an unreasonable load on its systems.

Claim Leader and its licensors own all rights in the Software. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite, the roles and permissions they grant, and those users’ compliance with these Terms. Tell us promptly at support@claimleader.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Customer Data

You keep all rights to your Customer Data. You grant Claim Leader a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Software, and as described in our Privacy Policy (https://claimleader.com/privacy/).

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your Customer Data. You confirm that you have the rights and any consents needed to put it into the Software, including consent from people you contact through the Software by email or text message.

We do not sell Customer Data. Retention and deletion of Customer Data follow our Privacy Policy and any agreement with your organization.

5. Third-party services

The Software can connect to Third-party services you choose to enable, such as QuickBooks Online by Intuit. When you connect one:

  • your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy;
  • you authorize Claim Leader to exchange data with it only as needed to perform the actions you or your users request in the Software;
  • you may disconnect it at any time in the Software or in the Third-party service itself.

Claim Leader does not control Third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or acts. AltaHub is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Software to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • send unsolicited, deceptive or unlawful messages;
  • upload malicious code or content you have no right to share;
  • interfere with the Software’s operation or security, or test its vulnerabilities without our written permission.

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches this section. Where practical, we will tell you first.

7. Fees

Paid features are charged as set out in your order, plan or agreement with Claim Leader. Unless that order, plan or agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude taxes. We may change fees for future subscription periods with at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Availability, support and changes

We work to keep the Software available, secure and backed up, and we provide support at support@claimleader.com. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces the Software’s core functionality during a paid period, we will give reasonable notice. Planned maintenance and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt availability.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information received in connection with the Software with reasonable care, and will use it only to perform under these Terms. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that must be disclosed by law.

10. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Software. You may stop using it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately where needed to protect the Software, other users or the law. Sections 4, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written agreement with your organization, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Leader disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Claim Leader does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data exchanged with Third-party services will be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, payments and other records before relying on them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Claim Leader will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to the Software;
  • Claim Leader’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Software will not exceed the amounts you paid Claim Leader for the Software in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Claim Leader against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data or from your use of the Software in breach of these Terms or the law.

14. General

  • Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Software at least 30 days before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or agreement with your organization, are the entire agreement about the Software.
  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
