Claim Leader LLC operates a software platform used by appraisal firms, third-party administrators, and insurers to manage vehicle inspection and claim assignments. As part of that service, Claim Leader sends text messages to claimants and vehicle owners on behalf of the organization handling their claim.
Program description
If you have an open claim or inspection assignment, you may receive text messages relating to it. These include links to submit damage photographs, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling links, and updates about the status of your assignment. Messages are transactional and relate solely to your own claim. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you were enrolled
You receive these messages because you provided your mobile number in connection with an insurance claim or inspection assignment, either to your insurer, to the appraisal firm handling your claim, or directly to a representative during the intake process. Messages are sent only to numbers provided for this purpose.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your claim.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Claim Leader does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your claim. Your claim handler will contact you by other means.
